Customer had a coolant leak pooling under the car at the rear passenger side of engine. As suspected the plenum coolant return line was bad... To perform this the supercharger, coolant expansion tank, rear charcoal filter cowl housing, drivebelt, rear egr ,rear throttle body, maf  sensor disconnect and intake elbow, front thermostat coolant piping, the rear absolute manifold plate, the brake booster line to right side of manifold plate, the upper and lower rear pcv hoses(pinch release type)..Note the egr valve can only be accessed once the charcoal filter housing is removed and the 2 eight mm bolts are upside down hex heads.VERY TIGHT!,release the coolant lines from throttle body, both upper and lower, the throttle body will have 4- ten mm bolts, and one gasket to manifold plate,be sure not to over tighten. The upper supercharger intake plate has four bolts, then the main supercharger to plenum studs will be last, pull the supercharger, you now will see a plastic sound damping, the culprit will be the small hose running along the left side of plenum and connects to the throttle body. The book time is 14 hours for this, but if your good you can do it alone 6-7 hours...and thats SMOKEN...Reverse install, refill coolant and bleed system and go get your money!lol
